In order to prepare for a job interview, it's important to put your best foot forward with the company you're looking to hire you. It's good practice to thoroughly research the company and their values to not only see if they align with your own values, but to also see what you can add or contribute to theirs.
Aside from doing your research, it's also important to dress professionally or in a fashion that matches the tone of the job you're interviewing for. For example, wear a neutral color suit for white collar roles, or something colorful and unique for a creative role. It you're unsure of how to dress, err on the side of caution and wear business attire.
